My Story
From a young age, I was fascinated by the resilience of the human spirit. My own journey through adversity taught me how challenges can shape and define us, and it was these experiences that sparked my passion for understanding human behavior. They also inspired me to become a psychotherapist—a role where I could help others navigate their own unique paths toward healing and growth.

Over the past ten years, my work has taken me across different countries, allowing me to gain invaluable international experience. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and another in Clinical Counselling, credentials that have deepened my expertise and informed my approach.
Today, I specialize in working with children, youth, and adults, focusing on individual therapy to address anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, and abuse. When clients step into my practice, they often find a safe and compassionate space where their strengths are seen and celebrated.
My therapeutic style is trauma-informed, empowering, and deeply humanistic. I strive to be the empathetic guide who listens without judgment and helps clients uncover their own solutions. One of my guiding beliefs is: “For a change to occur, a change needs to happen.” Together, we work toward those transformative steps, no matter how small they may seem at first.

Each person’s story is unique, and I feel honored to be a part of the healing chapters of my clients’ lives. If you’re ready to take the first step toward change, I’m here to walk alongside you.
