Life doesn’t come with a guidebook. Some days it feels heavy to get through, and other days it feels like you’re running just to stay in place. Reaching out for therapy means you don’t have to carry it all alone. My role is to create a space where you can pause, sort through what’s weighing on you, and discover new ways of moving forward.

Therapy with me is less about “fixing” and more about understanding, healing, and reconnecting with your own strength.

In the sessions, a compassionate, strength-based, and mindfulness approach is employed, with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) integrated to support adults navigating experiences of abuse, anxiety, depression, and life stressors.

Sessions are designed to provide safe and supportive space for children to express themselves through talk, art and play therapy. Specializing in addressing anxiety, bullying, parental separation, and performance issues to help children thrive.
