In the sessions, a compassionate, strength-based, and mindfulness approach is employed, with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) integrated to support adults navigating experiences of abuse, anxiety, depression, and life stressors.

Sessions are designed to provide safe and supportive space for children to express themselves through talk, art and play therapy. Specializing in addressing anxiety, bullying, parental separation, and performance issues to help children thrive.
Children

Grounded in strength-based, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches, sessions are designed to support adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and mood changes.
